How to Use

Dispense one pump onto the back of your hand and then gently pat the product into your skin. Start in the center of the face and work your way out. Use your fingers or your favorite foundation brush for additional glow, and apply more if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this clog my pores?

All COOLA's face formulas are formulated to be non-comedogenic, meaning they will not clog your pores. We're selective about our good-for-you ingredients, and all COOLA products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind and are dermatologist tested.
When you say your products are organic, what does that mean?

COOLA abides by the California Organic Products Act (COPA) standards—the strictest standards in the nation for organic personal care—requiring that at least 70% of every formula consists of certified organic ingredients. This commitment to being Always Organic still allows room for other sustainably made, lab-derived ingredients at clinically effective levels while adhering to our clean no-lists and organic guidelines.
How much do I use?

Studies show that most people only apply 25-50% of the recommended amount of sunscreen. We want to make sure your skin is well-protected—when applying this product to your face, use about the size of a nickel, which is around 1/3 of a teaspoon.
How is this scented?

Our fragrances are naturally derived, with all constituents extracted from plant sources. We do not use any synthetic fragrances in any of our products. Unlike common industry practice, we are one of the few companies that choose to disclose the ingredients and constituents in all of our fragrances, so you can rest assured that you know what is in our formulas. You may find the constituent listing on the ingredient list above. 
Does this have allergens?

Every COOLA formula is tested for HRIPT (Human Repeated Insult Patch Testing). A repeat insult patch test can help determine any potential irritation or sensitization issues, minimizing the potential reactions for the consumer. This is a tool for safety evaluation. In addition, all our products are Soy-Free and Nut-Free.
How often should I reapply my sunscreen?

Sunscreen should be applied at least every 2 hours to maintain full SPF protection, no matter your favorite formula.
Why did the formula change?

We’ve recently enhanced this formula with our Bluescreen® Digital De-Stress® Technology, a powerful blend of ingredients that help protect your skin from modern environmental stressors like blue light and pollution, while also improving its sheer quality and blendability to better suit a wider range of skin tones.

Did the shades change?

We understand how important consistency is, especially with your favorite products. All three shades should be close to previous formulation. However, if the new Bronze Goddess shade feels too different, we recommend trying Golden Hour, which is closer in tone to the original version you’ve loved.
How to tell which shade you should use?

Use Fresh Rose shade for cool undertones, Golden Hour shade for warm undertones and Bronze Goddess for olive undertones.
