All of our formulas are thoroughly tested under dermatologist supervision.

Hawai'i Act 104 Compliant

At COOLA, we never use Oxybenzone or Octinoxate in our formulas, ensuring that every COOLA product meets the requirements of the 2021 Hawaii Act (Act 104). We also have a collection of 100% mineral formulas that meet the evolving requirements of certain islands.
