We offer shipping of online purchases to U.S. addresses only at this time. For orders shipping to a location outside of the U.S., please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited options are available for additional flat-rate fees.
Orders placed with "Next Day Air" must be placed before 1pm PST to arrive that following day. Orders placed with "2-day" must be placed before 1pm PST to arrive in two days.
Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend, or observed holidays, will ship the next available business day.
COOLA offers FREE standard US Ground Shipping on all orders! No promotion/coupon code is required to receive free shipping on purchases.
When you place an order with COOLA, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please submit a case via “your account” online, or email email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your case or email.
Out-of-Stock Items & Backorders
Out-of-stock items should not be able to be ordered, however, should an item on your order be out of stock at time of fulfillment, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
Returns – COOLA
If you are not completely satisfied with your COOLA product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description in the email body. A customer service representative will be in touch asap with a solution. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return was a result of our error.
