Our Brand Manager will help drive our brand and product innovation across our brands at COOLA, LLC. He or she will maintain a knowledge of trends and developments in the industry. This person will support development of the brand, innovation, and communications strategy; assist in the development of product concepts and core brand messaging; play a strategic role in driving and managing the product development process; ensure a successful transition and launch of our product pipeline in market; and provide ongoing product management for our in-market products.
The ideal candidate is both highly creative and strategic, loves the skincare and beauty industry, and has a true passion for products and the process of making them a reality. This person also possesses a high attention to detail, with the ability to roll up their sleeves and execute with excellence, while providing strategic guidance and direction on brand and project priorities. He or she is a self-starter and leader, with the ability to influence, manage, and collaborate with cross-functional team members and partners, both internal and external.
COOLA has one immediate opening for a motivated and dynamic professional to become our Sales Coordinator. As a part of our all-star sales team, you will be an integral and key support role to both the sales team and managers. This role will organize sales activities as guided by our National Sales Director, as well as develop an effective sales filing and communication system with our external field team. The Sales Coordinator will work directly with team management to ensure that all administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively and efficiently. The goal of this position is to support and facilitate the team’s (specific to a sales channel) activities as to maximize their performance and build solid and long-lasting customer relationships. We’re looking for an another all-star to join our in-house creative team. Early on, we realized that we want to own everything about our brand in-house. Our voice, our look, our feel.
Some days we operate like a mini advertising studio. Other days are full of production work. And then there are days we get to look to the future and whiteboard inspired concepts and designs that will on day live “in the wild” at retailers as diverse as Sephora, Target and Walgreens. Your work here will be valued and will make it to retail.
