Our Senior R&D Manager will play a crucial role in driving and maintaining COOLA LLC’s leadership as an innovator within our industry. As COOLA is committed to fueling our breakthrough product pipeline with cutting-edge, state-of-the-art technology, this person will guide development of our product formulations and experiences via technology-based insights and solutions. He or she will help stay on top of new advances in skin science that can help identify new territories for innovation, maintain knowledge of new and trending ingredients, partner with the brand innovation team in concept development, assist in the development of claims, and drive the formulation and claims substantiation process.
