CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS
The Sales Planning Manager will be responsible for enabling the achievement of the customer revenue forecast by working on strategic business plans, delivering on customer requirements, and playing a key role in delivering the 4P go to market business goals.
She or he will manage the planning process and play a critical role in developing the customer go-to-market strategy. The Sales Planning Manager is responsible for the new-item launch process and coordinates the efforts of marketing, display, and sales planning to ensure on-time delivery and effective implementation of the plan. This role will help provide “voice of customer” to internal functions and provide knowledge of marketing and brand strategies to key external partners (ie. brokers, direct customers, etc.). This role will also be a source of in-depth analytics and insights for the team and customers and will participate in special projects as assigned.
As COOLA continues to expand, our supply chain and distribution network become even more important. It is imperative that COOLA’s Supply Chain team is equipped with the tools necessary to ensure on-time, quality delivery through all phases of the product lifecycle from the commencement of manufacturing to delivery to the consumer. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be a crucial piece to this puzzle as we continue to seek greater efficiency in our day-to-day operations. COOLA has an opportunity to shepherd in significant growth with an enhancement to this business unit. This position will report directly to the Operations management team.
The ideal candidate possesses meticulous attention to detail and has a keen eye for data and information quality. You will constantly seek to improve functions and processes and don’t accept the maxim of doing something simply because that’s the way it’s always been. You take the initiative to solve problems to the best of your ability in order to get projects to the finish line. Finally, you are a wonderful communicator and feel at ease partnering with many functional areas of the business, including fulfillment/logistics, marketing/creative, customer service, finance, innovation, and sales. This all culminates in the delivery of key company objectives, including but not limited to increased revenue potential, margin optimization, retailer satisfaction, innovation leadership, and delighted customers.
