The Director, E-tail is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and execution of the wholesale E-tail business for our brands. Lead and manage the overall online strategy with digital accounts to include: Amazon, Sephora, Alibaba, and other platforms. The role will own the P&L for our fastest growing established online accounts to include Amazon, Grove, Sephora and Tmall while actively pioneering partnerships with new online wholesalers and marketplace platforms. In addition, this individual will leverage digital expertise to advise in online strategies with other brick and mortar wholesalers. The Sales Planning Manager will be responsible for enabling the achievement of the customer revenue forecast by working on strategic business plans, delivering on customer requirements, and playing a key role in delivering the 4P go to market business goals.
She or he will manage the planning process and play a critical role in developing the customer go-to-market strategy. The Sales Planning Manager is responsible for the new-item launch process and coordinates the efforts of marketing, display, and sales planning to ensure on-time delivery and effective implementation of the plan. This role will help provide “voice of customer” to internal functions and provide knowledge of marketing and brand strategies to key external partners (ie. brokers, direct customers, etc.). This role will also be a source of in-depth analytics and insights for the team and customers and will participate in special projects as assigned.
